We didn't stay in the main building. We were in the dependent building. The room was spacious and had AC had to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get to the room. The biggest downside is how thin the walls are between each room. We had some very loud neighbors who kept us up all night. The location is great! Short walk to the grand canal.

Very clean and well maintained hotel. Very friendly personnel. They provide free bottled water and coffee and tea. Hotel is right at the center, very close to Rialto and St. Martin Square. For 10 euros you can have breakfast which is very good. Fresh fruits and bread etc. If I come back to Venice, I would stay here again. Thank you

Decent hotel for what you’re paying , great location but one weird thing happened during our stay: on evening three when we got to our room in the evening, the key (which worked previous days) didn’t work. We went to the reception and the man there told us that ‘they’ must have changed the locks. And to be clear: it’s not like our key card changed - a physical lock was changed in our room. We never found out who ‘they’ are. Extremely strange. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to a friend. Also, pack earplugs because there’s zero soundproofing. Water was never restocked.

Located just a short 5-min walk from Rialto stop! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very Venice-themed, definitely not the typical modern contemporary design but it looks beautiful and is clean and well functioned! Hot shower is consistent and there was also heater in bathroom. I booked a canal view room that is not in main hotel building and it’s lovely.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel San Luca! The location is really was makes it- walking distance from the Rialto area and from San Marco square, we were able to get around so easily. The room itself was beautiful. The only complaint would be that the beds were extremely uncomfortable. For such a hotel with such nice amenities everywhere else, we expected better.
