Thao has been a great help on our experience with the hotel and I can't thank her enough! The room is clean, tidy and thoughtfully design. I especially like the pillows and is looking everywhere to get the same one at home. The location is great. Quiet, close to the station, 5 mins walk to Dotonbori.

Great location between two subway stations. Steps away from a popular shopping district, and various stores. The rooms are cozy and sufficient. Towels and water were supplied daily which was appreciated. Great value for the location.

Superb location as it’s walkable to Shinsaibashi station and is connected to many other subway lines. However, the room is a bit small for 2 people. Can barely walk in the room

I give 3 stars for the good location, almost direct access to the metro through underground plaza with lots of shops and restaurants. Not quite impressed with the lodging esp. when compared to the other hotel under the same brand we stayed. Very small rooms, no daily cleaning if not asked, musty smell in bath room, dusty carpet in room, bed sheet only cover the topper not the whole bed. Only a bottle of water, and a set of clean towel provided daily despite more people stayed in room. Difficulty communicating with staff using English. Could be better
