We spent 3 nights in this hotel. At the check-in the staff was so nice, and throughout our stay as well, always welcoming you with a smile and very helpful. The room and the bedding was very clean, the bed was really comfortable. The view from the terrace was phenomenal as you'll see in the following pictures. It's located in the centre of the city, opposite the cave hotels, which makes the view even better. Again we'd like to thank the staff for being very attentive to their clients.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days. It was a real pleasure. The hotel is located in the very center of the city but not on the main street so it is quiet. The hotel is new, the equipment is not damaged, the cleanliness is at the highest level, the service is very nice and helpful. Family room large and comfortable. Very efficient air conditioning. Tasty breakfasts served on the terrace with a wonderful view of Goreme. The upper terrace in the morning is the best place to watch the balloons that fly over your head and the whole panorama.

I had a very bad experience booking this hotel. I request people to write honest reviews so that it will help everyone. Firstly, I booked this hotel for the terrace view. But unfortunately the terrace is not well maintained. The viewing deck is so dirty and half of it is covered with plastic all the time. You cannot click good pictures here as they show. The pillows were stinking so badly we couldn’t sit in the terrace. Customer service is very bad. Staffs are super rude. They act as if we went to stay there for free of cost. And most importantly the whole hotel has noise disturbance whole night and day. Even if someone is walking in the corridor, you will feel like they are inside your room. Music is playing whole night and it’s annoying as you have to wake up early next morning if you're planning to go for hot air balloon. The rooms are super tiny. Kindly don’t believe what you see on their page. Absolutely disgusting experience.

I wish there was a zero star. The Worsttttt hotel I have ever stayed. Trust me guys they are totally fake. And the rudest unprofessional people. I have travelled across the world and stayed in so many hotels and this was the worst I can say. Here is my story. We just checked in to the hotel and their aggressive dog attacked me and my husband and bit my husband’s leg infront of the hotel. When we said him about this incident, he did not let us know that it was his dog. He tried to hide the dog in the backyard. And when I and my husband went up to the terrace we could see the caution sign written “Aggressive Dog” and the dog which bit my husband. So when we went to tell him that it was his dog and what has to be done for this in a very nice way. He raised his voice and insulted us by saying this is “ CLASSIC INDIAN MENTALITY 🇮🇳” and spoke to us rudely. And when we are having a discussion about this he just left like he wasn’t bothered and said us “ Do whatever you want”. Insane response! Like seriously? We both were in shock to see such a cheap person who runs the hotel. Our whole Cappadocia and the next two weeks in Turkey is spoiled by this incident. Mentally and physically! Well not only that, the hotel has so much disturbance whole day that we couldn’t even sleep well. It was a huge mistake to book this hotel and discovered there are so many better hotels out there. Highly not recommended. Can’t wait to mention this on my travel blog and spread across to all the Indians out there. Especially if you’re an INDIAN who is reading this, I request you not to book this hotel.
