Very good service. The staff were so good and helpful. They took good care of us during our stay. They even helped us carry our bags from the town to our room. The hotel was neat and good and had all the facilities. Elif and Ertur were so kind towards us. I recommend for families.

Excellent place to stay! Staff was very helpful and made us feel comfortable. Room service was great. Absolutely love that it’s a quick or easy walk to so many delicious restaurants, Gálata tower, gálata bridge, and so many more things to do. Highly recommend.

Very Bad experience overall, it is my first day but the atmosphere is so uncomfortable. 1- I was promised an early check in by email which was not granted. My arrival was at early morning hours and clearly communicated via email prior to arrival. When I reached there I was asked to leave my luggage at the reception and leave the hotel until check-in time by 12:00 pm. Asked for a indoor restaurant or cafe to stay in as I had meeting at 9:00 Am and restaurants in the area were still closed but I was literally and rudely kicked out with closed lights at the reception area. 2- At check in, I was given a room at the left side of the reception desk and the lobby toilet with a drastic construction view and noise. 3- Toilet floor was very wet and basin not perfectly cleaned. 4- Staff except for the before noon personnel (I was in a hurry and could not get his name as he was polite) are very rude and badly mannered, no greetings at all. 5- Booked and paid through expedia and was asked for payment upon check-in. The only advantage is the location but value for money is poorly rated. Not to be recommended at all. @expedia you should not market this place at all.

Good place, not bad to stay in the center of touristic place fir a couple of days. Some steps from Galata tower, from Galata bridge, Isticlal street. Not bad, not bad. Not recommended for long stay, if you seek fir comfort and plan to stay in the hotel even half of the day. Bad if you look for place for leave your luggage and just place to sleep in night it is right place to rent.
