My family and I stayed here early November of 2023. We absolutely loved our stay at the Vittoria. Our room was on the top floor, and we had an absolutely spectacular view of Niagara Falls and the amazing city below. It was so fantastic! The only reason I am not giving full stars on the room and service is simply because of the renovations currently going on. It's not a huge deal and didn't hinder our time there in any way at all. The only thing is that the gym, pool, restaurant weren't available which would have made it even better. That being said, those are minor things and didn't affect our enjoyment of the hotel. The staff were all very, very kind, polite and very friendly. They made us feel very welcome and every staff member we spoke with or passed by was very nice and friendly. It made a huge difference for us with our stay. One staff member in particular at the front desk Sandra was very kind and friendly and we had a really nice chat with her. It really made an amazing difference and in future visits we would come back to the Vittoria in a heartbeat! HIGHLY recommend that you stay here if you're visiting Niagara Falls. The location is also amazing and so close to many fantastic attractions, food places and the falls are just a few minutes walk away!

The hotel is in a great spot. Easy access to pretty much everything you need. They would’ve got more stars if the Restaurant, Spa, and swimming pool are open. They were under some pretty heavy reservations, so if you’re reading this for the summer of 2024, you’re probably fine

Great location and that’s pretty much it. If a comfortable sleep is what you want it won’t be here. Rock hard beds and very cheap linens kill that aspect. Towels are small and rough like sandpaper. I appreciate the hotel is going through a Reno but if you’re going to Reno do it right. The toilet paper holder was broken mirror chipped and baseboards already coming off. Dirty curtains and a musty smell don’t make it super pleasant. Parking is free but it’s only once you pay are you told it’s off site. Staff are not overwhelming welcoming. If you want a walk close to Clifton stay here but there is a lot of other options.

There is no difference between this “hotel” and the rundown motel beside it. Ive now been to both and thought id spend extra for more quality and comfort, but ended up with less here. 1. The toilet seat still had dried up urine spots on it. 2. The sink taps had dirt streaks which means the cleaners are doing a terrible job. 3. They started their construction at 7:30am, which defeats the purpose of getting a room for a good nights rest. When I opened the room door, they were working in a room down the hall, full of dust, with the door propped open so it blew dust into the hallways. Hackjob amateur tradesmen. 4. The wallpaper is a straight-match and the person who put it up clearly never did wallpaper before as it looks like a child's kindergarten project. Brings the value of the room DOWN. 5. None of the amenities are open but they still charge full price. 6. They do not give you a towel for a normal adult body above 70 lbs. They give you these 80 grit, sandpaper tea towels and expect you to be able to dry off half an arm. 7. The outlets in the washroom were filled in with caulking so that they were not usable. The rooms are absolutely filthy and not sanitary and the price is not worth the stay. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
