I guested in this hotel for 9 days. I had my nose job done in Istambul and I needed a place near the hospital and the clinic. The hotel was really good, well cleaned and connected. Restaurant at 3m away and the metro station literally in front of the building. The staff was always nice to me, from the receptionists to the cleaning services, I couldn’t choose better🔥🔥

There is no A/C. Opening the window will not help as the street close by is so noisy that it will not allow you to sleep. There was only frame on the bathroom but not a mirror and they were unaware of this. So be careful if you shave or do make-up. When checking out, I asked invoice but the receptionist couldn’t issue it instead he took my email and promise to send it later. Of course he didn’t. When I called to remind many times, the lady on phone told me that she would send it same day but of course she didn’t. I called another day and she told that she was sending right away but again she didn’t. When I called another day, the guy on the phone claimed that they cannot issue the invoice but only Agoda can as I made the reservation through Agoda.I don’t know if it is true but it took 3 days for them to give this information. I wasted my time for calling them at least 4 times.

Acutely this is a new build hotel,there is some minor problems but in my point as I stayed for 27 nights there,the staffs are kind and helpful,rooms are big enough and well equipped,locatin is almost near to everywhere in asian side,metro is just few meters away and price is good,I recommend this hotel for short and long stays.
