So I did a reservation through Booking... I contacted with the hotel 2 times, just to be sure that everything is okay with my reservation and both times they told me that everything is okay... So this hotel manager today decided ( one day before my arrival at the hotel) after I sent him for third time a message if everything is okay with my tommorow's reservation to tell me that my reservation is cancelled because they are fulle even though one day before they were telling me that everything is okay with my reservation and he also told me that he can find me another hotel at the same price but not telling how many km is from the center and also referring that for breakfast( that was included in my reservation) I had to pay 100-200 Romanian lei more... Totally unacceptable treatment they dont care about the customer DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION WITH THEM... I decided to go to another hotel that they were amazing and kinda the same price with this one... Avoid them... Also you can check one of the other critics that one person was saying that they also cancelled his reservation one day before and he couldnt easily find somewhere to stay for 5 people and they asnwered him that they never cancel a reservation which is totally lie because they just did it to me after they were trying to tell me that everything is okay with my booking...

Clean and modern rooms and hotel. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Transportation is difficult in Chisinau though there is little to no public transit and the city compensates with independent cab drivers who drive like maniacs to get past the constant gridlocked traffic in the city. Nice breakfast in the morning also. The rooms are very small as well.

We were in this hotel for a week and we really appreciate it. The room was silent, confortable and with a beautiful view over the city. The breakfast was not so plentiful but it tasted good. We Really appreciated the good wine available! The position is not so confortable in order to reach the downtown, but in 15 minutes by taxi or little bit more by bus you can easily arrive there.

The Wine Hotel doesn't understand customer service. The staff are unprofessional, unacommendating, not flexible, and just shouldn't be in the hospitality industry. While dealing with guests, they are texting on the phone or just walk away without finding a solution to the problem. That's their attitude towards their guest. Only a 9 room hotel located on a 4th floor walk up. Few restaurants nearby. Ran out of eggs for breakfast. On the positive side, a free glass of wine is offered/ day. There are much better hotels in Chisinau and would AVOID this hotel based on the staff's attitude.
