The worst hotel in Chisinau , I paid around 70 euro (I found this hotel on google maps and it was saying that it cost around 40 )and did not have even a bottle of water in the room. Bathroom is too small, they use old bathroom staff .

First, the hotel iris is so beautiful and also at best location. At the receptionist (Elena) is so, hard working girl and she is providing the best services. All other hotel staff also good and helpful. I stay at hotel more than 3 days and my experience with staff and service is awesome ❤️.

Staff was very cool and helpful with me while i had a cancelled fly on my road from France to Istanbul, which make me staying 2 night in Chisinau. Thank you very much. My room was very Nice for a cheap price ( for a french people), i didnt try the breakfast. Tv works, air conditioner too ( when you finally found how to activate it x) ). Everything was perfect for me.

The staff were pleasant. But, the hotel was TERRIBLE. Problems noted years ago have not been fixed, and new problems exist. 1. Toilet did NOT flush properly. It required 4 flushes at least. 2. Sheets and pillow case stank of cigarettes. I should have left last night before sleeping. Me head is stuffed from the cigarettes! 3. AC and heat do not work properly. 4. TV didn’t work. 5. They only refunded my next night. Not the bad night. Ok, the above was directly their responsibility. NOW. The PROBLEMS. I am a light sleeper, sometimes. But, last night didn’t matter. 6. Rooms were loud. Many foreign residents who were just loud people. 7. AT MIDNIGHT, ONE WOMAN KNOCKED OR FELL AGAINST MY DOOR WAKING ME, SHE AND HER MAN HAD A YELLING CONTEST IN THE HALL. AND WHEN I TOLD THEM TO SHUTUP, HE THOUGHT HE WANTED TO FIGHT ME. They called the front desk, I told the poor girl to call the police, if she thought their behavior was ok. To the young lady’s credit, she was just trying to answer their problem. She told me the couple worked at the hotel, I hope that was just a mistake with her English. But, she moved them. And this morning, he kept his attitude in check … NO photos added, because the bathroom photo is disgusting… PS: the towels were TERRIBLE. The towels were the worst, toughest texture you can buy … PSS: if you read my other reviews, you will find I seldom complain. Even when bad, I usually rate 3 stars. I don’t care about the price, I would have rated this a terrible experience, just as I did the bad hotel in Lviv years ago. And rated the good one there as well.
