DO NOT GO HERE!! The rooms are horrible and smelly. We asked for a refund because the room had dirty towels and sheets, the curtains were filthy and had dusk everywhere, we didn’t even have a phone in the room. I have bad allergies and my friend has asthma so no way we were going to stay in that nasty room. Asked the front desk lady to refund us but she stated that she could not and that we would have to talk to the manager. She stated that he will call us the next day because he left but we had to end up calling him. Was told he was on lunch the next day so we called back later to speak with him and advised him why we left the hotel and requested our money back. He gave every excuse and didn’t even apologize, instead he ask for pictures (so glad we took them) and that he will have to see if he could refund us. It’s been 3 days and no refund or call back. Worst customer service!! We should have known by the looks of the guess and the outside that this hotel was not the average Wyndham hotel.

What can I say. The rooms need some work. First thing I noticed was I needed to flush the toilet. There were remnants of the last tenant floating in the bowl. The door handle to the washroom was loose and needs to be tightened and I tried to turn on a light beside the bed and it didn't work. The ither attributes in the rokm were decent so I'd probably stay here again as the staff seemed great and attentive and the shuttle was good.

What a beautiful hotell! 10/10! We absolutely loved our time here. The hotel is clean, beautiful the lounge area and pool are awesome. The natural lighting along with the lamps, lights in the hotel kept the room feeling bright, open and fresh. The breakfast is fantastic and they keep everything well stocked. It’s awesome breakfast is from 7-10am. Love it here! We will be back soon.

I stayed here recently for a work trip and would strongly advise this place be avoided at all costs. I am in law enforcement and stayed here for 2 nights while attending a training with my K9 partner. The hotel knew about my K9 from the beginning and still gave me grief about him being in the hotel. Even though a worker had a dog in one of the rooms by the front desk that barked alot and mine didn't make a sound. As soon as you walk into the hotel you get hit in the face with the odor of marijuana. Not to mention the people in the parking lot that were smoking marijuana freely without any concern. The ceiling outside my room looked like someone had fallen through it and the damage was just left. The manager, who refused to give me her name and insisted that "I just call her Glenn", refused to give me a receipt for my stay. She said that I booked my stay through a 3rd party and would have to get a receipt from them. Just to clarify, I booked my stay through the Wingate website "Glenn" just didn't want to help me. I waited two days for a receipt and finally called the hotel back after I still hadn't received anything. Not surprising but there was no answer. I did finally get a receipt after I filed a formal complaint against the hotel through their customer service department. "Glenn" made it very clear that she did not like law enforcement when she said that no pets were allowed in the hotel, minus her employees pets of course. Moral of the story, learn from my experience and go somewhere you wont get a contact high trying to check in.
