The staff is friendly knowledgeable and very helpful. Room was clean (sheets, floors, bathroom). They met us with a smile and helped us navigate our travel delay with excellence (stored our baggage so we could make the most of the delay, and an option of late checkout). I almost skipped the hotel because it was in the lower price range and you never know what you will get. However, I am glad I stayed because the staff was so helpful.

I booked a room with them through hopper. So I arrive at the hotel and check in the guy asks me how many ppl will be in the room my husband and our baby. I had my sister kids with me and she got off at 11 it was 1045 this man told me that the kids couldn’t wait in the room till my sister got there because of the policy of the hotel I have never in my 30 years of living ever heard of this. Me. Patel told me to leave the premises in the rain with children. Saying that my sister can’t come pick her kids up cause they don’t allow outside people in their hotel. I was just at wow and really didn’t care to stay and lost out on 136.00 dollars. Cause I never heard of that. Please don’t book if you don’t want to be treated horrible.

Rooms have an odor, the towels are dingy and stained. The bedspread that was on the bed had stains as well. They said owner is VERY RUDE and has a very bad body odor HE SMELLS REALLY BAD. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to a homeless person they deserve better!!!!
