Terrible experience on my recent trip in December. Room had a strong moldy/pungent smell. It was hard to get in the room but due to my travel schedule, I got there late at night and the hotel was fully booked so didn't have any other choice. Bathroom didn't work and had to get someone to fix it. Not what someone would expect.

This is the absolute worst place I have EVER stayed! If you’re looking for a place just to lay your head for the night, this is it, otherwise go somewhere else!! My family stayed there about a week ago. I tried calling to see if I could check in early. The phone rang for an entire hour! I drove there since no one would pick up and when I got to the front desk, no one was there so I waited for about 5 mins before someone from the back came to check me in. Once checked in I had to pay a $25 early check in fee. The young lady gave me a key to my room. When we opened it, the thermostat was set (and stuck) on 90 degrees! I went to tell the front desk and she gave us another room. Well, the key didn’t work and she assumed I didn’t know how to use a hotel room key so when she checked it, she had to rekey the card. The first time we used the bathroom, the toilet ran ALL night! And continued for our entire stay. The shower water was almost cold even though the knob was turned all the way to hot! We needed extra blankets so I asked the front desk clerk later that night and got serious attitude from him like I was asking him to valet my car!! The next morning, we left and there were 3 HPD police cars/officers out front!! Their gym is basically trash! The elliptical wasn’t working, the treadmill was missing the tread and the workout bench chords were broken! The pool was empty and dirty! Just an over piece of trash hotel! You may find a motel 6 in better conditions. If you’re looking at this hotel, PLEASE choose another one! You will be really disappointed with this! In my opinion, they need to burn this place down and start over! And hire more professional front desk clerks because the ones I encountered were not!

Don’t stay here they have roaches 🪳. I took a video and took it to the front desk and emailed it to him. The man working was kind and refunded our money. The girl that checked us in had no clue about the hotel, if they had laundry service, or much else. Rooms are big. Run down. Pubic hairs all over the shower. Good location. If you can get past roaches it would be an OK stay.

WORST HOTEL EVER. Waited an hour at front desk for someone to let me into my room. No staff on all day. Nobody answers the phone. Pool broken. Gym is entirely broken. Had to get a cleaner to let me into my room when keycard system failed just so I could get my luggage and leave. Not even a staff member answering the phone to refund me for the night that I no longer want to stay for. If I could give this hotel zero stars I would.
