We checked in late so after we brought our things to the room we went out straight to eat dinner . Nice restaurants are just in the corner mostly nearby so you can have a great deal of choices . Going back to the hotel, the receptionist changed I asked his name and if I'm not mistaken he said "Osman" I complained about our blanket , I want it changed because there was a stain "look like poop" on it. He immediately said arrogantly that we can't ask for housekeeping service at night because we only checked in in a boutique hotel and not a 5 star hotel so we have to wait until tomorrow for a new blanket. I told him how can we sleep without blanket?did your manager told you to treat your guests like this ? I went down and showed him the stained blanket. After some argument eventually he gave me one. We stayed 5 nights and except the night receptionist, I found out most of the workers are helpful and polite. In the website it says wheelchair accessible but the door going inside the toilet has a threshold that prevents the wheels of the wheelchair going in smoothly, also there is step going to the swimming pool area, so it's not really wheelchair friendly. Breakfast is good , there is a coffee machine with different choices, so, that for me is superb. Overall it was a nice and quiet location .

The only drawback is that the room is small, otherwise its clean staff are great the dip pool is good. However please get a massage and Hamma ??? EXCELLENT,

When we arrived at the hotel we were not impressed Hotel is very shabby and on a street that was a building site . The room we booked was awful and smelt of damp so we complained and were upgraded but we had to pay the booking .con fee. The new room was much better and had a better view ( could at least see the sea) The jaquizi bath is very dated and smelt funny there was no door on the shower or toilet (Good job we knee each other ) . The cleaners were great and gave us free water too. The receptionist was friendly and spoke good English . Shanu the guy who ran the Breakfast was outstanding and couldn't do enough for us he made us soft boiled eggs and toast and was always there topping up the coffee ..couldnt fault him . Would we stay again No .

This hotel is absolutely great. We were staying there for 10 days. The hotel design is very nice and the rooms are new. It is small, warm and with a good positive vibe inside. There is a small swimming pool in the front, which is absolutely amazing in the evening to have a drink next to it... Very friendly staff, always ready to help you. Whatever we needed it they helped us. The closest public beach is a 5min walk, or you can use a different option, a private beach club BLM beach and the entrance is 30TL (which is about 3£) and you get a discount from the reception. Also a towel. The hotel is in a great location, close to many restaurants, markets and within 15min walking distance from the big shopping centre Terra city. For those who love this type of hotel, I would highly recommend it!
