Regrettably, our stay at the hotel fell far below expectations. Initially booked a triple room due to our young child, but encountered numerous issues upon arrival. Heavy rain had caused a flood in our assigned room, resulting in no electricity in the room. We were relocated multiple times, unsettling our stay and leading to an early morning request to vacate a room, which was challenging with a child. Despite our requests for a triple room being unmet, we were offered alternatives that didn't suit our needs, leading to an uncomfortable sleeping arrangement example sleeping on the floor. The location, while convenient, posed difficulties for us, especially with a stroller due to steep inclines on the road. The promised breakfast for our child was never provided, and our requests for basic amenities like milk and an extra blanket were disregarded. Additionally, the room's condition did not match the advertised images, with cramped spaces and malfunctioning TV. Communication with the staff was inconsistent, with one member being untruthful while another showed kindness towards our child. Furthermore, issues regarding unauthorised charges and miscommunication about complimentary services added to our dissatisfaction. We faced several inconveniences and a lack of care and consideration during our stay, ultimately affecting the enjoyment of our holiday. We strongly urge a thorough investigation into these matters for a fair resolution. We asked to speak with the owners but this was also declined.

Unfortunately we were completely disappointed the description of the rooms is misleading in any case there are no rooms with 35 square meters the largest is 15 to 17 square meters. around the area you will find many cheaper rooms. Right next door you will find rooms for 30 euros. For your answer! I have the courtesy to smile when I say good morning! also, before I come exactly as you said. I asked you a hundred times how many square meters is the room. and you lied to me that it is 35 square meters. If I knew it was 12.. I wouldn't have chosen your hotel. It is my right to know the exact details of the room I am paying for, so that I can have a pleasant stay. And I didn't really have, precisely because the information is false. I checked in later, because the room was not ready.. and when I told you that this is not right... you told me if I want to find another one. Thank you very much, but it is good to write the real information of the rooms and the photos to cope with reality.

Very positive experience overall. The hotel is in the perfect location of Sultanahmet and everything is so close. Literally walking distance to everything: blue mosque, Hagia Sofia and Grand bazar. We arrived at the hotel and they already offered us 2 options because our initial room was in the basement next to the kitchen and we had a toddler so they said we might get disturbance in the morning. The room we chose was a few doors down from the hotel but was in the same chain called Wonder House. Staff are very friendly and always listen to your requests. Zuhra, Minhaz and the elderly lady who makes breakfast are very helpful and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

Amazing hotel in central location and with absolutely outstanding service. We had the room on the top floor (4th) and were really happy with our choice. The wooden interior of the hotel is very cozy, we felt very much at home. The lady who runs the hotel was so helpful and attentive, definitely one of the best service experiences we ever had in a hotel. If you are looking for a good hotel close the main historical sights of Istanbul, this is the place to stay.
