We have been to 3 different hotels in Thailand so far and this place by far has the best customer service. All the workers including the owners were very kind and helpful with all our questions and making us feel welcome. Plus the room was just gorgeous with some really beautiful details. the location is perfect right in the heart of phuket old town. I would definitely stay here again!

Some of the most genuinely hospitable experiences I've had at a Thai hotel. The owner was passionate about educating guests about the building's heritage, which is partly why I wanted to stay here. The hotel is tastefully decorated with complimentary amenities, snacks and drinks well stocked. Access and location were impeccable. If you love Chinese-Thai history/heritage, this is the place to stay!

Room was impeccably clean. All amenities were provided along with free mini bar. Hotel is small but still has an elevator. Bed and pillows were a bit too hard for me but that's ok. Location is perfect. Close to many shops cafes and restaurants.
