Beautiful hotel! Staff was friendly overall. Hard to find the entrance with the construction in the area. Despite the front desk staff standing there doing nothing, you had to check in on a kiosk and I ended up being double-charged (which was fixed). The view is breathtaking in a perfect location! Wonderful view of the WTC, 9/11 memorial. My corner room had views toward the financial district as well, and I could see the Hudson River too. Room was a good size.

Read before booking! I recently stayed at this hotel and all I can say is I’ll never stay at this hotel again! I payed for early check in. Just to get there and the staff tells me that we couldn’t check in early. The lady at the front desk (With the glasses and bun) was very rude and nasty. Seems like she doesn’t really like her job. The best part of this hotel is the location. The staff seems to be very annoyed by the presence of hotel guest. I went up to the happy hour bar area on the 20th floor and no one greeted me everyone just stared at me like I was the one in the wrong. The room is pretty small and the shower makes a rattling sound when you get in the shower. Also they offer free water but it’s lukewarm it seems like no one cleans the stations.I’m not even a person to go on vacation to complain but I absolutely hated this hotel. By far the worst part of the trip.

The entire hotel is extremely clean including the room. Very nice and modern looking hotel. Our room was next to the elevator and we could hear them running all through the night. The room also had some wall paper peeling. Other than that, it was a great stay. Very warm and inviting staff. Fantastic location. Great view of the WTC and very close to the cortlandt subway station. Will definitely come back.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. The room we got was comfortable and cleaned. We loved the view even thought we didn’t request one with the view, it was amazing looking through the window at night. Very standard service and didn’t have any issues checking in or out. My biggest issue was the housekeeping, they have a system which we can send them text messages and request them what we need. After the 1st night, we decided to do an express housekeeping which is only taking out trash and providing cleaned towels. We texted them at 11am and the service wasn’t done until 6pm (we were there for a brief moment) the next day, we requested a full housekeeping service and they only took the trash out and the used towels nothing else was done, no vacuum, the bed was the same way we left it. Also, no towels or toilet paper, we had to text them again… few hours later and nothing I had to call them this time and within an hour they came over. It would be great if the text messages actually works. The rooftop has an amazing view, there’s a restaurant on the other side but it wasn’t open the few times we went up… I would stay there again for a reasonable price.

Stayed here for four days and it was wonderful! Hotel is conveniently located near the Oculus, the 1 train and Path. 9/11 memorial is next to the hotel, which you can see clearly if you have a balcony room facing it. Charging bull, NYSE and Brookfield Place are all a short walk (about 8 min) away. I’m a big water drinker and I absolutely LOVE their refillable water bottle service on every floor. Also, Marsha-Ann is wonderful! She sure knows how to welcome you! ;)
