I have stayed twice and I really like this hotel. Perfect location close to the BTS sky train and just 7minute walk to Rajavithi Hospital. Really great location. The victory Monument and sky train was in view out of my room. Rooms are clean. Shower is decent. Staff was friendly. Can't think of any complaint, honestly. Maybe one thing that they don’t have the lift.

The hotel has a cafe called c.prom but the waitress's attitude is very unfriendly. Even taking orders shows a very impatient face expression. The room is fine just 2 set back : 1- no elevator 🛗 2- shower's water problem, the hot water is not consistent. It gets too hot and too cold. Booked 2 rooms and both rooms had water heater issues.

The hotel is remodeled from an old house, there is no elevator, the space is very small, the sound insulation is not good, you can hear the sound of cars on the street, especially the room is very small, there is only room for one bed. There was a stench in the hall. There is no place to park, and the parking fee in the surrounding shopping malls is 40 per hour.

I was staying at the 4th floor (it means 5th floor) and no lift. If you have big heavy bags then it's gonna kill you. The receptionist carried my medium size bag so she was very helpful. I guess i have to carry it down when checking out. The room is nice. Soundproofing was good. Only the sound of skytrain can be heard of. Nice view. Great location since the night market is just in front. Great jogging park at the back about 500m. Wifi was great. Plugs were just everywhere. Iron and board can get it from receptionist.
