The hotel is very good considering the size of it. It's completely renovated and looks new. It is very comfortable and located in very good location. I strongly recommend it. But I give 5 stars to this place because of the people here. I've been in many hotels in Istanbul since 3 years and what is different here is the stuff. Very welcoming and helpful. The room service is every day. This is above normal in Istanbul. I asked for detail about going to undiscovered areas in the city. And the reception who is fluent in English was helping me with a lot of information. We asked for anything we needed as a family above the normal and they gave us with smiling faces. The room from first day was a bit small for 3 of us. The reception was very helpful and told us please wait and we will change your room tomorrow morning. We had a perfect stay for the next 6 nights. In short if you are looking for a budget friendly and decent place in a good neighborhood and location and above all smiling and super helpful stuff here is the place. 👍 I will come back for sure not only for a comfortable accomodation but most importantly to meet these nice people again. 👌

Brand new hotel with very nice manager mr. Sarkan. He is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great nice area and near everything and you can walk to the famous Taksim siquare. Everything was clean and the room was big enough for two people. I have stayed two times in this hotel in two different rooms and it seems that all of the rooms has two major issues; when taking shower the water will stays in the bathroom and doesn't go anywhere, this is very bad because you have slippery ground and if you slip you can break something in your buddy (i almost did). The second bad thing is the window if it is open then it is almost impossible to close unless you call someone, if it is not closed then you can't sleep because the noois of the streets will be in the room. If they fix these issues this will be one of the best hotel in Istanbul. The breakfast was included but it is standard breakfast every day the same.

The staff were exteremly friendly and approachable. The breakfast was good. The rooms were quiet and cozey. The location was close to the metro staition. The price was reasonable.
