5/5 - place is a such steal for what is offered and the price! Staff is kind and helpful with check-in, the elevator is a plus The lock for the door took some time to figure out but it got done Room is clean, bed was comfortable, and I enjoyed the bathroom amenities too It is walking distance to many cafes along with convenient stores and restaurants I also appreciate that they have the front door locked between certain hours just for safety and can only be accessible via keycard Laundry is also only a minute away which was so convenient!! Highly recommend and would stay here again

The owner was very friendly and welcoming 😍 the room was incredibly comfortable(**you have to try sleeping on the floor), made us felt sooo comfy just like living in our own home

Really lovely guest house, perfectly situated in q quiet neighborhood that's central with to use as home base when exploring Kyoto by foot. Rooms were comfortable, personnel very friendly. I would stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay at this brand new hotel. It was comfortable and clean great location half way between the main station and the busy part of Kyoto. The staff were friendly and helpful. We got the larger room which was perfect for chilling out in and huge for typical Japanese rooms. There is a small kitchen there but no breakfast available - however a few family restaurants are close by for great Japanese breakfasts. We would totally stay here again!
