It was a great experience, the rooms were beautifully designed, and the location of the hotel was close to the activities, also they had many outdoor terrace to enjoy the weather and watching the balloons. The staff at the reception were excellent, helpful and welcoming and knew the English language, especially Ahmed and Muslim, also they introduced us to the activities and helped us choose, the breakfast was simple and comprehensive, and the kitchen staff were helpful and friendly. I recommend the hotel 10/10

2 nights stay here was wonderful. Boutique hotel with lots of open space for lounging. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with a rustic charm. The staff are very warm and friendly! Breakfast spread was delicious and enjoyable. There's really nothing else to ask for, highly recommended place to stay in Cappadocia. Thank you for the hospitality:)

Lovely hotel that definitely has a boutique and intimate vibe. The location was central to the main streets in Göreme yet not too close to the loud partying venues. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff and owners were nice and helpful and arranged our balloon flight, private and group tours. The hotel has four nice terraces for picture taking and viewing the hot air balloons in the early morning. The highlight and best part is definitely the breakfast which has tons of options and mostly vegetarian which is awesome!! The duo working at the kitchen were incredible and attentive. Shout out to Mohammad who is just so full of energy, kind and always eager to help; I honestly have never met anyone like him who's just so happily hardworking. Highly recommend this hotel.

We would give this hotel 10 stars if that was possible. This small hotel is steps off the main street of Goreme with it's restaurants and stores. It was opened in 2109, and is beautifully and tastefully designed with a meticulous eye for detail. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, and the mood lighting is spectacular. The stocked mini-bar is free, as is the coffee and tea, in the room as well as in the breakfast room, where they serve an extraordinary Turkish breakfast, which is not to be missed. Service at the reception, and in the breakfast room, is really commendable. Our transportation and tours were perfectly organized. Prior to our arrival, they were quick to respond to our messages. The one recommendation we would suggest is better lighting in the bathroom. Thank you Zara Cave Hotel for a memorable stay.

This hotel is truly amazing. There is nothing to complain about. Perfect location, spotless clean, superb service. Each room looks like fancy cave with some rooms including jacuzzi. They have several viewing terraces offering perfect views over the whole city and especially balloon flights. Breakfast is varied and delicious. There is also all day long free coffee and tea available. Hotel also runs their own travel agency offering trips around Capadoccia for lower prices than other companies in the city. Young gentleman Yavous working on the front desk should get a raise...most pleasant welcoming to a hotel in a long time.
