Terms and Conditions

1. Get an instant discount of 20% up to ₹1,000 on a minimum transaction value of ₹2,000.
2. The offer is applicable only on eligible F&B Dine & Pay outlets available on the Adani One App.
3. The offer is valid only on eligible DBS Bank Credit Cards (eligible BINs as shared by DBS Bank).
4. The offer is only applicable on select DBS Credit Card BIN i.e., “418269, 442783, 45148702, 47613702 and 356122”.
5. The offer is valid from 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2026.
6. The offer is applicable once per user during the Offer Period.
7. A customer can avail a DBS Bank discount only once per card per month across any Adani One App service.
8. The instant discount will be applied at the time of payment.
9. The offer is available to both new and existing users of the Adani One App.
10. Convenience fees, if applicable, will be charged separately.
11. The offer is applicable only on transactions completed through the Adani One App.
12. The offer is not applicable on payments made through third-party wallets, COD, PayPal, gift cards, or net banking.
13. In case a customer uses Adani Reward Points partially for payment, the offer shall apply only if the card payment amount plus discount amount is greater than or equal to the minimum transaction value.
14. In case of partial or full cancellation, the offer becomes invalid and the discount amount will be deducted from the refund along with applicable cancellation charges.
15. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, coupon, or offer available on Adani One.
16. The offer is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
17. All orders are subject to availability.
18. ADL, Adani One and DBS Bank reserve the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant found indulging in fraudulent activity, misuse, abuse, or suspicious transactions.
19. ADL, Adani One and DBS Bank shall not be responsible for technical failures, network congestion, system interruptions, website/app malfunction, or circumstances beyond their control.
20. The maximum liability of ADL, Adani One and DBS Bank under this offer shall not exceed the value of the promotional discount availed.
21. ADL, Adani One and DBS Bank reserve the right to modify, amend, withdraw, extend, suspend, discontinue, or replace the offer and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

23. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
