Pranaam service executive will be holding an iPad displaying your name, as mentioned by the passenger at the time of reservation.

It is simple to book Pranaam Service online. Just select origin and destination. Then, select the travel date and flight number. Choose the package that suits you and provide travel details. After you have filled in the details, make payment and your Pranaam booking is made.

Yes, we offer free lounge access to passengers under our Pranaam Elite package.

You can quickly reschedule Pranaam Service if there is any change in plan. Follow simple steps- First, go to ‘My profile’, click reschedule and select travellers. Then, change the travel date, time and flight. After you review, confirm the reschedule.
