Summer Shopping Carnival

Terms and Conditions

1. Shop at F&B and Retail outlets for the required shopping value at Adani-Managed Airports and get a chance to win an assured gift as part of summer carnival campaign.
2. In order to be eligible for the campaign, consumers must order Food & Beverages worth ₹399/- at Ahmedabad, ₹349/- at Thiruvananthapuram, ₹299/- at Mangaluru, ₹399/- at Lucknow, ₹499/- at Guwahati, ₹449/- at Jaipur and for ₹499/- at Mumbai Airport.
3. In order to be eligible for the campaign, consumers must shop at retail outlets for worth ₹1199/- at Ahmedabad, ₹849/- at Thiruvananthapuram, ₹1299/- at Mangaluru, ₹2499/- at Lucknow, ₹1499/- at Guwahati, ₹1999/- at Jaipur and for ₹2699/- at Mumbai Airport.
4. Summer Carnival campaign is valid from 0000 hours (IST) on 15th May 2025 till 2359 hours (IST) 15th July 2025 at all Adani-Managed Airports (i.e. at Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Thiruvananthapuram, Jaipur, Amritsar, and Mangaluru airports)
5. The Campaign is open to all Customer(s) who purchase beyond the prescribed thresholds and eligibility criteria mentioned above from the Outlet(s) participating in the Campaign at the arrival and/ or departure terminal of the Airport during the Campaign Period and provide all the required details therein.
6. Once consumer shops for the required value offline, he/she will receive the coupon to claim assured gift via Adani OneApp.
7. In order to claim the Assured Gift(s), the consumer will have to showcase this coupon at the eligible outlets. This coupon will be exclusively available on Adani OneApp only.
8. The Customer(s) must have attained the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of claiming the Assured Gift(s). In case any Customer(s) is below the age of eighteen (18) years, then the Assured Gift(s) may be claimed by his / her parent or guardian only.
9. All costs associated with the Assured Gift(s), including but not limited to any transfer costs, additional taxes, registration, insurance, and other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the Customer(s), as incurred.
10. It shall be the Customer(s)’ responsibility to make claim / collect the Assured Gift(s) within the prescribed time limits and submit relevant valid documents to substantiate his or her eligibility to receive the Assured Gift(s).
11. The Customer(s) must, at the Organizer’s request, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the claiming of Assured Gift(s), free of charge, and consent to the Organizer using their names and images in promotional material.
12. The Organizer and its associated agencies and companies/ business partners will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Campaign or accepting or using any Assured Gift(s).
13. The Organizer does not validate, confirm, warrant or assure the quality, validity or completeness of the Assured Gift(s) and thus shall not be responsible with respect to the same in any manner for any loss, expense, damage, personal injury or death on account of using, availing or consuming any Assured Gift(s).
14. It is the Customer(s) responsibility to verify the quality, validity or completeness of the Assured Gift(s) from its manufacturer/ dealer and/ or service provider, as the case may be.
15. This Campaign organized by the Organizer is independent of the offers that the Outlet(s) at the Airport may provide on their respective goods or services. The Organizer shall not be liable in case of any dispute between any Customer and any Outlet operator in relation to any independent offer provided at any such Outlet.
16. The Organizer may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all Voucher(s) from, and prohibit further participation / eligibility in this Campaign by, any person who in any manner tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the any process or operation of the Campaign or acts in violation of these conditions, or acts with the intent to manipulate, disrupt or threaten the process relating to the Campaign.
17. In the event of the Assured Gift(s) not being accepted or claimed by the Customer(s) as per guidelines to claim mentioned in Annexure 1 hereto, such Voucher(s) shall be deemed as disqualified.
18. The Organizer’s decision in this regard is final, and no request shall be entertained in relation to the same.
19. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Campaign, as well as extend or reduce the Campaign Period in its sole discretion and without providing any reasons thereof.
20. Assured Gift(s) are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any variation in value of any Assured Gift(s). Where an Assured Gift(s) is unavailable for any reason, the Organizer shall not be responsible to provide any substitute for the same in any manner whatsoever.
21. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, add, alter, modify or improvise the list of Assured Gift(s) in its sole discretion.
