Terms and Conditions

1. The base earn percentage of Adani Reward Points for pre-booking order of Pranaam service is 1.5%.
2. Adani Reward Points will be credited to the Adani Rewards Membership Account subject to successfully availing of the service.
3. Adani Reward Points accrued through transactions shall be credited to the members of the Adani Rewards Membership Account within 45 working days from the date of availing of the service.
4. Adani Reward Points will be calculated on the net paid amount only.
5. If an Adani Rewards Member earns points in decimal value, the points will be brought down to the floor value. Example: Final earnings of the user are 27.5 Reward Points; the user will only get 27 Reward Points.
6. Adani Reward Points will be credited back to the Adani Rewards Membership Account in case the Adani Rewards Member decides to cancel the booking services acquired by using Adani Reward Points as per the refund policy; refer T&Cs for details.
