In the event of any dispute regarding the redemption of a coupon, the decision of the ADL shall be final and binding.
ADL holds no liability for any technical issues, system errors, or delays that may affect the issuance or redemption of coupons.
Fraudulent use, tampering, or duplication of coupons will result in immediate disqualification and may be subject to further action.
In no event shall ADL be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from this promotion.
Any disputes arising from this promotion shall be handled in accordance with ADL’s Grievance Redressal mechanism.
ADL’s decision in relation to disputes concerning the promotion or coupon usage shall be final and binding.
