  3. The offer is valid only once per user.
  4. The discount will be applied instantly at the time of booking upon successful application of the promo code.
  5. These terms and conditions shall be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of the Adani Oneapp Platform. Participation in this offer is voluntary and by participating, users agree to be bound by such terms and policies.
  6. In the event of any misuse, abuse, or suspicious activity in relation to the offer, Adani Digital Labs Limited (“ADL”) reserves the right to withhold or deny the benefit of the offer.

  13. ADL shall be the sole authority for interpretation of these terms and conditions.
  14. ADL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
  15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
