About Diu Airport

Diu Airport is a domestic airport situated in the Union Territory of Daman and Diu. It was established in 1954 when it was still a Portuguese colony. The airport serves Veraval, Jafrabad and other neighbouring areas in Gujarat. Until 1961, Diu Airport was linked with Daman, Goa and Karachi. Managed by the Airports Authority of India, Diu Airport has a single terminal that can handle around 100 passengers each for arrivals and departures. It is connected to the surrounding areas via road and rail. The airport also offers many facilities to its passengers, including baggage services, shops, and eateries.
