Lovely Hotel walking distance from mall .. We have stayed here a month ago. Room and wash room is very clean hand tidy Staff is very friendly in behavior. 24 hrs running water.. Which is the main problem in Darjiling but we never face such problem. Highly recommended hotel. Just go for it.

The room was broken to wall. The room was very darty. The war was very dangers in bed switch light.The bed sheet is very darty all of this very darty.

Some rooms are less spacious ( from Rs 1000/-) while others (ranging from Rs. 1500/-) are more. But you will get same facilities in all types of rooms which is very much appreciable. The hotel is situated far from mall road and you need to climb too high to reach the hotel. Won't suggest for elderly people. View is also not good, lots of electric lines hanging in front of the rooms. The behaviour of the Receptionist is also not that good. They won't answer you properly. But the rooms are clean and tidy. If you are looking for only a clean place at an affordable price then you can go for it. One advice there are two restaurants cum hotel in front of this hotel (Hotel Tower View) so you no need to go far for dinner of lunch, just you need to order in advance. Other than this the hotel staff asked me to pay the complete hotel fee in advanced on the first night of my stay even after payment of half of the amount in advanced for two nights. So, confirm this before you step in this hotel.

1. Bed sheet and pillows are dirty 2. TV was not getting on 3. Bathroom door was not getting locked 4. Tea pot was not cleaned 5. Nobody was available at reception to attend these issues till i had Lodge complaint to Goibibo 6. Served water was so dirty. 7. No fooding arrangement is available here. 8. During rain, water as well as few insects come inside the bathroom through exhaust fan hole and make the bathroom dirty. 9. No bedside charging point, only one charging point near TV and that was also not working from second day. and last but not the least, it is too costly. You can easily get better room with much cheaper rate. Only good thing about this hotel is the staff behavior and Darjeeling mall is only 5 min walking distance. *Is this your deluxe room service?*
