We had a very pleasant stay at 312 Piazza San Marco. The hotel is located just north of San Marco so within steps you are in the heart of Venice. The room was very cozy while having a nice flair and good sized. The hotel staff was very friendly and open for a small talk. We enjoyed our 3 day vacation here and can highly recommend the hotel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a wonderful stay at 312 Piazza San Marco. Our room was a good size and had a nice private bathroom. The hotel is literally right around the corner from St. Mark's Basilica, Doge's Palace and the water bus stations. The highlight of the stay was Asela, who took care of anything we asked for. He arranged water taxis, recommended restaurants, arranged a tour to the Murano Glass Factory, and much more. He even personally helped us get our luggage to the water taxi stand for our departure. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This hotel was great! The location was perfect for walking right into the heart of Venice. The room we had was very comfortable, and we were even upgraded to a suite. We had good wifi and the AC was really nice during the summer. We had a lot of help from Asela, setting up taxis and getting us settled in. He seemed to care about making sure we were comfortable. Can't recommend this hotel enough!
