Room are very small with limited storage. The bathroom does not have hooks to hang towels making it less convenient to use when 2. Service was friendly but hotel provides just free tea, no complimentary water is provided which is strange for a 4 stars hotel. Location was great, close to many main site and a metro station. Overall hotel is more like a 3 star than a 4 star hotel as it's basically a room conveniently located but not a lot of extra services.

Wonderfull hotel in the city center, near the Gran Via metro station. The room was spacious and very nicely designed. The staff was helpfull and kind. The only downside is that the street the hotel is on can be quit noisy at night, so better ask for a room facing the internal courtyard.

A really nice, modern hotel in the centre of town. The rooms are well appointed - with a TV and kettle, although it would be nice to have proper cups rather than disposable ones. Unfortunately, although I booked a double room we were given two singles pushed together. We had the option to move after one night but decided against it. We were also told there wasn't enough bedding to make the bed up as a double. If it hadn't been for this, I would have given 5 stars. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, and the bar was good too.

We loved the design on the common space area however for the questions related to ‘rooms’ ‘service’ and ‘location’ can’t give 5* Rooms : extremely small , window faces a concrete wall giving a claustrophobic feeling, 0 soundproof (hard to enjoy sleep). Bathroom was very nice. We couldn’t change to a different room- we were told all are facing the interior of the hotel (literally a wall concrete just a meter or 2 away from window ). Service was kind but charging everything (asked if they have a socket adaptor ). Location although very central wouldn’t call it the most beautiful part. We enjoyed the stay but not to stay there ever again.

I’m accustomed to hotels in European city centres being dated, cramped, and expensive. 7 Islas is none of those. Despite its very convenient central location, it’s stylish, modern, and the rooms are comfortable, spacious and well-appointed. (Finally, a hotel with bright overhead lights so I can see the room!) Ample supply of luxury amenities and friendly service (reception took care of my dry cleaning no problem) made this a five star experience. Would highly recommend. I booked the cheapest room class and found it a very good value - got a large, comfortable room on 4th floor and having no view (except of the small interior courtyard) made it totally quiet at night, even though the hotel is steps away from shopping on Gran Via and many excellent bars and restaurants. Only one small note to management: the caulking around the bathtub in 411 could use some attention. :)
