Location is centralized. Hotel offers a free shuttle bus (scheduled) to Nagoya mall, By grab, it costs about 15k rupiah, which is very affordable. The staff are very courteous and speak English well. WiFi in room are strong too. Breakfast spread are decent. The hotel is new, however, they are still having renovations on the side of the hotel, hence it is very dusty when you need to walk over to the convenience store.

Accessible location, near to the city malls, within 15 mins via grab. Rooms were really nice and clean and comfortable, we could hear traffic from the main road but wasn’t too disruptive. service staff were kind and courteous. Food at breakfast and room service was really good and so worth it. Gym and pool a little small but good enough! Would definitely stay again.

Rooms were decent size, kept well and fine for my needs. Staff were friendly and attentive. We came here to stay for a badminton competition and it suited our needs. Small swimming pool for the kids to play in on the 3rd floor. Free shuttle bus to local malls. Buffet breakfast had a large spread of food too. Prices reasonable as well.

2nd stay. Love the major friendly staff of the hotel. Rooms are generally clean too. No bed bugs. But some stains and dirt on the chairs. Just don't open the curtains.. the dirty on the windows were uncomfortable to see. Aircon was great, shower water pressure was awesome! Room fridge isn't really cold thou... Also can't leave valuables in the room safe... The whole safe is light and can be moved, doesn't feel safe at all 😅

So far everything is great when we arrived at the hotel on 27 January 2024, until at the late evening while I was getting ready for bed and my mom was in the midst of her prayer, there was a blackout all of a sudden which spooked my mom a bit and disrupted her prayer. A few seconds later, the power went back on again. me and my mother was trying to find out what’s going on so I called the reception staff to get an explanation of the blackout, the staff (didn’t get his name) didn’t explained further on why was there a blackout, he just said it was an hiccup from the power source outlet. So I understood and ask for their assurance that the blackout should not happen again, they agreed and then I hanged up. Few minutes later, another blackout occured again and as usual the power went back on again, this time my mom called the reception to vent her frustration of the blackout, throughout our calls the receptionist did not sound sincere or apologetic about resolving this issue. The next day, my mom came down to the receptionist counter to make a complaint. we were served by the receptionist in charge Mr.Arif. Mr. Arif was very articulate in his explanation of the reason of the blackout and very sincere in his apology. His service recovery hospitality brought the smile to me and my mother again. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel again. Kudos to Mr. Arif once again!
