Just finished a lovely weekend break here. Very modern clean and nicely decorated room. Service from reception excellent and very friendly. Location perfect for exploring the the city, short walk to the cathedral and the San Francisco square. Lots of restaurants and bars around the area. Roof terrace has a lovely bar with views over the city. Highly recommend.

The service and location are very nice at this hotel. Breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a really delicious spread and thoughtful additions. The front desk service went above and beyond to offer suggestions for dinner and shopping, and Susanna at the front desk spent quite a bit of time helping our lost driver find the pick up spot for us since our Spanish is not strong. Thank you Abba Seville!

Beautiful location, nice room and great roof top restaurant with nice staff. However it is surprising that the hotel reception says they provide only 1bottle of water complimentary for a stay - whether 1 night or 3!! Never saw this in a 4 or 5 star hotel. They must fix this. Other minor matter was the staff forgot to clean the tea cups during room cleaning. Other than those opportunities of improvement, a super nice place and I would wholeheartedly recommend it!

The location is perfect, but... We booked for a junior suit with balcony , then we were surprised : the balcony was with no view , a balcony facing a wall 3 meters away (will try to post the pictures )and it's almost sharing with the balcony of the room next to us at an angle , you must keep the curtains closed all the time otherwise the neighbors will see whatever you do in the room, and if you keep the door of the balcony open the room will be filled with cigarettes smell , so practically we paid higher for the balcony that turned out to be a disadvantage instead of luxury . And when we complained to the management they gave us a room at a higher floor with a view to the roof of the building next to us and with almost ½ the area of the room that we booked for and at the same price . My advice, make sure you have the right room before booking
