Great for a cheap hotel. Nice location, very soft sheets. The stairs with luggage are hard no matter what you are carrying

Lack of sound proofing is a big problem. You can hear all the activity from other rooms, as well as water flowing in pipes. On plus side it was very clean

Excellent location in the old town of Santa cruz at a great price. I had booked a single room with private bathroom. The only reason i didnt rate a fifth star was the duvet wasnt clean. Sheets and pillow were clean.
