Nice hotel for the price you pay. Staff was friendly and accommodating towards us being foreigners. Rooms were nice for the value and came with a refrigerator which was nice.

The hotel staff were great and the hotel is situated really close to the train station and the lake. The main shopping area and the old town are only a short walk over the bridge. There were a couple of issues. First the lack of air conditioning (it was over 30degC when I was there and only had a fan) but you get that with older hotels in Switzerland. Second you can hear everything in those rooms including the couple next door having fun and people out on the street all night. It helped to close the windows but then it was far too hot in the room. I hear the owner is exploring air conditioning which would be great.

This "hotel" is a joke. It's located in probably the nastiest part if Geneva...hookers and their pimps up and down the street. The room was supposed to be air conditioned... ir had an evap cooler that made the already humid air worse . We couldn't leave the window open due to the noise on the nasty street below. The room was NOT clean...the floor was fikthy. when I got in the shower, my feet left gross dark prints in shower. The only good thing Herr was the staff was nice. Other than that...this is NOT a place you want to stay especially if you're with kids.
