Must read all the reviews before booking and beware. Pay extra and go somewhere else. Very old apartments very old bathrooms and kitchen, you are not guaranteed you will get a nice apartment like the photos. Deceiving. Not cheap either. Only good thing close to everything and the views from the balcony was nice. Very noisy, hard time sleeping. Pool, gym is very old and not nice at all. Spa had a strange smell. Uncomfortable beds. Uncomfortable couches. Too many negatives than positives.

Location is the only thing that’s good about this building. Their service is not even worth one star . In this heat we had to put up with the air-conditioner not working . Tried complaining but nothing was done . They had agreed to keep our luggage for 2 hours after check out but since we asked them to convey our message to the owner about the air conditioner not working , a person called John, very disgracefully decided to move our baggage out because we complained about the air-conditioner . This man is a perfect with his PR skills!!!! The management should really look into employing people with better management and PR skills . This man had a horrible attitude . He really needs help . The after hours service is equally bad . I have been to various appartments on holidays and have never had such horrible experiences before . Will never want to stay with this one ever . I hope the management really does something about this .

Absolutely disgusting hotel/apartments they shouldn’t be open. We booked for a 5 day holiday and they gave us rooms with mold coming out of ceilings , toilets that won’t flush, a broken window, couches with rips as if they have been there for 20 years, no service at all. You gotta pay for toilet paper? Really? Then the worst of things happened our elevator crashed in us it went up from the Ground level to levels 6-7 then just dropped straight to the floor really hard it broke then lights went out on all floors and they were still out this morning. They had no staff for the whole 2 days we were here, no security at all. When I called the emergency number on the elevator he closed it in my face the second time and didn’t even pick up the first. Don’t recommend coming here and when we asked what they were gonna do about it they said nothing. Don’t think of coming here on a holiday. Don’t think of coming here for business. Or anything.

Extremely poor service - the air conditioner did not work and the reception was extremely rude and unprofessional. The reception refused maintain or service the faulty air conditioner. John in reception was abusive , refuse to listen to our complain and didn't even let us keep our luggage for an hour - while it was raining. Dish washer was faulty Unclean rooms and dirty crockery/ glasses.
