Recently stayed there and I never usually write reviews but I was so impressed with the service and support that I wanted to let you know. The gentleman helping at the front with luggage went above and beyond for us thank you so much. Another lady working the same area helping us always with a smile on her face. And the gentleman who checked us in and out thank you for making our stay so great. It was probably the best service we have ever received in Australia. On top of that the apartment was beautiful in such a perfect spot with beautiful ocean views spacious and I loved that we had tvs in all 3 rooms. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff were incredibly nice from recommending restaurants to calling my room every couple of days to make sure everything was fine. The only thing that I was disappointed in were the bed sheets. There were two minor stains on them on the sides where you can clearly see when the bed is made. Makes me wonder why the cleaning staff would leave it like that and not replace it. Otherwise a good hotel with remarkable views/nice staff.

I booked this hotel for my 1 week solo trip. It was easy to book and I’m glad I booked early to save money and get the best rate. Checking in was easy and the facilities were great. Nice view from the balcony especially during the day. Housekeeping every 3 days I stayed which was nice. Heard some construction noise at night. But it didn’t bother me too much. I was asked to park at mantra on view for a secure parking lot. The new reception worker accidentally charged me twice for parking. But on the last day, they called me to ask me they will process the refund for the 2nd charge on my card. I’m happy they checked up on me for that. Finding parking was hard especially if it’s your first time in a new place. But now that I know where to park before checking in. It would be easier and less stressful when I visit again in future to save plenty of time.

I'm sure there's a better option along the Gold Coast than this place. I'm not even in the room and I truly think this was a bad idea! Initial impression of service is shocking! On entering the apartment, the kitchen was dirty (oven particulars left on the table), the toilet wasn't clean and the floor was dirty. The sink on the bathroom is loose. Cleaning gets done once every four days and a "proper clean" once per week. Judging from the cleanliness of the apartment, their standards are low. This place is NOT 5 star. Update: the "day four" clean was making the bed. Nothing else. The floors, bath linens etc... all left unchanged. It truly confuses me that this is considered a cleaning service.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Meriton Suites. Upon entering, I noticed a noticeable layer of dust on both the furniture and the bed. This lack of cleanliness was quite unexpected and detracted from the overall comfort of the stay. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room left much to be desired. Despite adjusting the settings, it failed to provide the level of cooling one would expect, making the stay less comfortable than anticipated.
