My partner and I recently stayed during the furry convention, Anthro New England, and enjoyed our time here. All of the staff was very helpful and nice, especially at the front desk, where they answered all of our questions and were very nice in holding our bags as long as we needed. The single king room was nice and clean on arrival, and we had no issues during our stay. While parking and breakfast were available, we did not use these amenities as they were a little too pricey for our budget. All in all, the experience was very good for the experience, coupled with the location and convention room block price, I plan on returning next year!

I can honestly say the hotel was amazing. The only draw back is you couldn't eat at the restaurant. The room needs more lighting that's pretty much it. The night view was the best of the city day view not so much. The staff was polite and the man who had the purple vest Sunday at the desk the blazer was off the hook. Keep up the amazing work guys. Oh the valet when you take someone's car don't eat in it. I found orange peels in my car and I know that wasn't from me.

I was at this hotel for a furry convention and very much enjoyed this hotel. Rooms were clean, had an amazing view of the city, and staff was always fantastic. Even got an early check in too which made my life easier. Only nitpick are mostly room related. I wish the drawers instead of being next to the bathroom was close to the beds but I was told this was japanese style so I didn't mind too much. Otherwise hvac unit was loud when heating up. Otherwise I didn't park or even try their breakfast so cant say anything about that, but I did love their market and drink machine, so easy and quick. Perfect hotel, would definitely go back next year if furrycon is close by.

Like most hotels, you have your plus and minus. Start with the minus: needs a towel ring or rack by sink. Hand towels over the toilet separating the towels from the sink. The toilet and shower are separated from the sink by a door. Now I am not a fan.. why? Anyone using the toilet has to open the door to get to the sink to clean your hands. Not sanitary. Every time someone uses that door, it has those germs. Then, when you first use the sink to wash your hands, you have to drip all over the floor and toilet to get those hand towels and relocate them to a small vanity. Vanity is small. Can't leave anything on it. The shower leaked out the bottom of the glass, and the temp in the room kept rising. I had to sleep with the air on. It was in the 40s to low 50s at night. Should not need air, but 74 in that room was impossible for sleeping. Next, the glass strip next to the bed. If and when the bathroom is used and the light goes on... person next to glass gets hit with the light. The positives: clean, decor not bad, bed was comfortable, staff friendly, coffee machine in lobby does a good cup and free, valet quick and professional. Overall, it was a good stay but not great.

Stay anywhere else but here. All of the reviews about the air conditioning are 100% true. It’s loud and freezing when on, and when off the room is very warm. There is no nice medium. Here’s the best part! 1:15am we are dead asleep and get a knock on our door, its security. “You have a car at the valet but never checked in”. Ummmm how was I inside the room then? I checked in at 7:30, had multiple conversations with the front desk. Went to dinner and walked by the front desk again around 10pm. There was NO courtesy call to the room before sending security. In the morning I spoke to the manager, Nicole. She informed me it was a new front desk agent and she didn’t save while checking us in. I hope she implements my suggestion moving forward for new hires…. We shall see!
