Recently I stayed in Amaris Hotel Nagoya Hill for 3 Days and 2 Nights. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean and great value for money. The hotel staffs were polite and service orientated and I felt very safe as a tourist as it in the nagoya hill mall area, there were frequent guards patrol. The location was also superb, alot of massage centres, huge nagoya hill mall nearby, near to all the tourist food attractions and grand batam mall. Will definitely return to stay here on my next Batam trip.

The hotels is very clean, smellls good Best location hotel, next step to Nagoya Hills Mall, one stop shopping, eating many store for buy gift, a lot of Money changers and many more ... 👍👍

Friendly and helpful staffs. Located just opposite of Nagoya Hill Mall. Easy shopping and dining. Free breakfast for the 2 days. Nothing special and not that tasty also. Their best dish is their fried rice in green chili and keropok. There's no mini fridge in the room please take note of this. I believe the hotel management can organize a better stay. We don't enjoy our stay. Hotel walls are not sound proof. You can hear other people's conversation, they went to the toilet and on the television. Too noisy. The aircon also gave us problems. Sometimes cooling and most of the time is warm. I don't mind spending a little on transportation if a good hotel is located abit further from the shopping mall or restaurants as long as we have a peaceful and a good night rest so we can enjoy our activities the next day. I am not coming back to this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel with my husband. The room is small but perfect for both of us. I must say it is well designed. Most hotel will have doors for the wardrobe but this hotel does not. It is good as clothes can be hung neatly and taken out easily. The 2 bedside table are without drawer and we could place our stuff there and can be cleared easily when checkout. There are reading lights with switch on both side of bed and it can turned individually. The toilet is small but well thought with main door acted as door to shower room. Water from shower will flow to drain and it dries quickly.
