I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The cleanliness and comfort were exceptional, the staff was friendly, and the price was surprisingly affordable. The central location allows for convenient city exploration, and the front of the hotel offers a stunningly clear view of the Northern Lights. Highly recommended !

I really love this hotel, there is common kitchen full equipped, warming living room with amazing view and there is a hot drink machine that you can use for free. The room was clean and very comfortable. The stuff very gentle and caring for my needs. I really recommend.

Nice comfy bed. Strong wifi in the room. Easy checkin & checkout. Got kitchen to use. Can heat up our food. Free flow of coffee/tea.

Ami Hotel is a great option for your stay in Tromso - on a slight hill above the main street so it has magnificent views. The kitchen is large and well equipped so you don't have to eat out 3 meals a day. The lounge has a cosy feel and an opportunity to meet others. Our room had a nice hot shower and was quite spacious. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend! If you walk further up the hill behind the hotel there is a lovely park with a huge lake.

Overall clean rooms. Beds are smaller than usual. A double bed is make up of two smaller than single beds. Toilet extremely small, shower area is block by a shower curtain and whole area will be wet. Kitchen with full facilities for share use. Not advisable for elderly and guests with big luggage as no elevator. Stairs are narrow and steep. Would classify this as Guest house instead of hotel. For the price we paid would have chosen Comfort Hotel instead.
