We spent one week at the apartment and everything worked perfectly. The situation is great, short walk to all the needed places: restaurants, tapas-bars, supermarket, shops, river, sights. Yet the street was very quiet. I worked online during days and the wifi-connection worked very well. The apartment was clean (also cleaned every 3 days) and new, kitchen was functioning well and the bed was big and firm. The roof terrace was great place to relax. All in all, we enjoyed the place very much and will recommend it to our friends whenever visiting Sevilla.

The online check-in form is a disaster. It let's you select the date month by month (in my case 35 years back) and crashes constantly in which case you need to start all over. The address in the signature, is not the address of Abreu Suite (despite multiple requests), but an extremely narrow street in the middle of the city. We damaged our car trying to pass through. There was no other way around it.. All in all a very bad experience.

Had a brilliant time at the Apartment. Location, its a bit of a walk to the centre, but that suited us. Apartment kept clean and serviced every 3 days. Had all you would want to cook and very comfortable. Supermarket just down the road with great bakery. Opens at 9.00am. Fruit has to be weighed before purchasing - look for a number on labels to get the right item! Staff at Hotel Madrid very helpful and we liked their communication and security system. Terrace on roof a real treat. Great sunset overlooking "The Lipstick". Swimming pool still open in early November. All in all a great stay.

We were amazed with this place. It’s a beautiful and cozy flat with everything you can ask for. It’s fully equipped in all the rooms, there was cleaning every other day, and the staff are so helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the city centre. There are also cafes and supermarkets just 1 min away from the hotel, which was super convenient. Having some snacks and coffee at the terrace by the pool was also so nice. We would definitely stay there again!
