An amazing hotel in a fabulous location. The staff was incredible nice and helpful. They stored our luggage after checkout until we left Seville. And even though it was in a busy part of the city, we enjoyed a quiet night's sleep (we had a Deluxe Premium Room). They also offered free water and coffee/tea all day, with a nice late afternoon snack daily as well. This was much appreciated!

Just getting around to review this hotel. Stayed here on our trip through Spain in September. Location, location, location! In a great spot tucked in near the Cathedral, restaurants and Royal Alcazar. Nice room with all the normal amenities, no real bar service or lounge to speak of, but that’s okay there are many restaurants and bars right out the front door. Nice little kitchenette with breakfast service in the morning and self serve espresso / coffee machine. Staff was very good overall and super helpful and attentive. Would stay again and would recommend for first timers to Seville. Plan on walking, there is a lot to see and do here.

We stayed here over our wedding week. It’s a beautiful hotel and very central - we stayed in Suite 1800 which was just stunning. The rooftop view is incredible as well. The service was the downside… the most unfortunate part of our stay was actually on our wedding day (!). My fiancé was staying in a different room the night before the wedding, and he was meant to take “getting ready” photos in that suite with his groomsmen. We realised a few days before the wedding that the photographer was meant to arrive an hour after he had to check out of his room. We asked the front desk if he could have a later check out by 90 minutes, and they said they could only extend it by 30 minutes, and if we wanted to extend it by any longer we’d have to book the room for the night. We really pleaded with them as we’d already spent so much money with the hotel (we booked FIVE suites for between 4-6 nights for our family), but they wouldn’t make an exception. It seemed quite ridiculous as the groom’s suite was available the following night, and it would have made a huge difference to us if he had somewhere to take photos with his groomsmen. They ended up having to take photos in the hallway and reception unfortunately. We also had some trouble with the invoices before we arrived - they sent us invoices with incorrect room rates. Ultimately they corrected it but review your bill carefully! Overall, a beautiful hotel and very centrally located, but really unfortunate customer service. I personally wouldn’t stay here again because of it - and wouldn’t recommend it for a special occasion like a wedding, where there are enough stressors happening!
