I had a fantastic one-night stay at this hotel, and there were several highlights that made my experience truly memorable. First and foremost, the airport shuttle service was incredibly convenient. After a late-night flight, it was a relief to have a smooth and hassle-free ride to the hotel. The hot tub was an unexpected delight. It provided the perfect way to unwind and relax after a long day of travel. My room exceeded my expectations in every way. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff, especially Emmanuel, were of the highest standard. Emmanuel's warm welcome and efficient check-in process made me feel like a valued guest. His exceptional service truly stood out. Breakfast was delicious, and even though I didn't spend much time at the Tonic Kitchen, it had a festive and friendly atmosphere. What truly impressed me was the excellent value for money. This hotel offered more than I expected, and it was worth every penny I paid. I would highly recommend it to anyone and look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

If you need to be close to the airport, this hotel is a great choice. It’s affordable and the service is excellent. All the personnel was super friendly and professional. We especially appreciated our check-in with Stephen at reception who was extremely helpful. Also, the included breakfast wad very good - a real breakfast plate and not the usual and boring continental buffet. ;-)

This was the second time at the clique hotel and was not disappointed. Unbeknownst to us we had booked a pet friendly room and they were trying to move us to another but were fully booked. Denese offered us an upgrade to one of their suites at no additional cost. The room was absolutely beautiful! A large tub right in the bedroom. Separate large living room with fireplace. For a romantic night away this couldn't have been more perfect. We'll definitely be back. Thank you so much for the amazing service and stay.

Oh my. After a long day of flight delay coming from DFW Airport to Calgary, we were in need of a hotel for 1 night. Applause Hotel to the rescue. The Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Shuttle service from the airport is quick. Just give them a call and they'll have someone on their way. It's not too far from the airport. I would say about a 5-6 min ride. Check in was quick and easy. Room was soo nice. Clean, and modern. The base of the bed has RGB that is controllable with a remote. Bed is comfortable. One thing that stood out to me was the breakfast! I had over easy eggs and pancakes and wow, it blew me away. I never had hotel food this good. It's almost like a diner style. Perfectly season eggs. Pancakes were great but lets me tell you about those eggs. I'm just drooling just thinking about them. And the jam, I think it's jam or something similar, nothing like it in the US. It's not overly sweet, almost fresh and it's just amazing with pancakes or toast. I'm very impressed with this Hotel. I just wish I could stay a few more days but we were behind schedule to Banff. I highly recommend staying here if you're flying in late or flying out to catch an early morning flight.
