Breakfast was gorgeous, but no hot water kettle or microwave in room is not a good look. I asked front desk to help accommodate some needs & they weren't very help. All very pleasant with their no's.

This is a newer hotel - spacious and clean. Well laid out rooms and washrooms. No microwave in our family suite which was surprisingly because usually there is one. The washroom was very clean with nice shampoo and soap. The breakfast was disappointing- limited options no waffle or crepes. No fruit loops much to my kids dismay ☺️ no pool on site. The laundry was a bit expensive $4 per wash. The staff was amazing. The location is a bit off among warehouses no coffee shop nearby.

The hotel stay was exceptional from the first night till our checkout 2 nights later. The staff were polite, helpful, and informative. Food service was good and affordable. The hotel is perfect for people traveling as it has a shuttle service to the airport. For people who gamble, there is Ace Casino nearby.

Terrible experience due to extremely poor service. The front desk was rude. Right from check-in I had a series of bad experiences. The front desk doesn’t give any information at all. You have to ask for everything yourself. They didn’t tell us about the breakfast hours for weekday and weekends were different due to which we missed our breakfast on one morning. We were just 5 minutes late and the front desk very rudely said they cannot do anything about it. There was no housekeeping staff on day 1 and front desk told us to carry our baby’s crib ourself up to the room. Also if we needed something( tea, sugar) we had to come all the way down to reception to get it ourselves. Got a call from Manager Gina. They just said they are sorry and didn’t intend to do anything about the whole experience. Also the breakfast was average and had minimal options. Not worth the money. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely not going there again.
