We are staying here for two nights and it has been amazing. The staff were really genuinely friendly. The rooms have a very mountain cabin feel. Very peaceful. We slept like a baby, easy access to different venues, convenient location for tours and supermarket and laundry place. The lady in the reception Maria or Mariela is very helpful and personable. Caring for the guests. Really recommend this place. You will be amazed.

Overall good stay. Bungalow was very cozy and nicely decorated. Only issue with bungalow unit 7 has broken mattress and needs to be replaced. Staff at restaurant very friendly and helpful. Nice pool area and comfy beds to rest by the pool. Great location in La Fortuna. Only little thing kinda upset me was i left my hat by the pool and it disappeared very next morning and staff had no idea where it was. My fault of cause but I assume staff would find it and return it

Spent two nights at this hotel in end of Sept. no complaints! Room was clean, the bed was fine and water pressure was good. The pool was amazing and clean. All the staff were very friendly. We got a welcome drink on arrival and the breakfast was tasty. Coffee was ok. Only suggestions would be to add a hot tub and some extra chairs and table in the rooms. We had a king bed and lots of space in the room but extra furniture. A couple hooks in the room would be nice as well to hang up towels etc. I would recommend this this hotel and stay here again. Had an amazing stay!

This place is great. We did not know what to expect when we checked in so pleasantly surprised and a great motel in LA Fortuna. This is not a 5 star resort by any stretch of the imagination. If you want that then head down the road and pay 300.00 - 500.00 + per night. This is just a great place to stay. Clean, quiet, and only 10 rooms. Great views of Arenal volcano when you can actually see it. Beautiful pool. Beautiful well kept landscaping. A very nice Peruvian restaurant on site. Free breakfast, cooked to order. A tour desk if you need any. Comfortable beds, A/C, nice showers, mini fridge. Staff is awesome, very friendly. But one of the best things is it's location, right across the street ( literally) is a mini- mart and a laundry service. Multiple restaurants within a 5 minute walk. A large grocery store about a 10 minute walk. Just a great area. Would definitely return. Highly recommend..!
