Arpinelli Relais far exceeded our expectations! The beauty of the building is amazing and its history fascinating! The location is perfect, surrounded by blocks and blocks of exceptional restaurants, shops and places to see. We were steps from the Trevi Fountain and other amazing sites. The Coliseum was only a 15 minute walk from the front door. Our hostess, Zara, went above and beyond, from recommending restaurants and shopping, to helping us plan visits to the sites we were interested in, to helping arrange transportation to the airport on our last day. Zara was there everyday to assist us with whatever we needed, and to answer any questions we had, and always with a smile and a positive attitude! Our room was beautiful, extremely comfortable and the view of the streets below was lovely! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Arpinelli Relais to anyone visiting Rome!

This hotel is PERFECT. Some comments complain of the sound because of the location, but this is not true. We stayed in the hotel for almost a week and it was just a perfect experience. 1) Location is unbeatable, 1 street away from Fountain of Trevi: this was great because we got to see it literally 6 times a day, including early morning and late night when it was almost empty. We could walk everywhere and the walk back we almost passed by the Panteon too. 2) Decoration is beautiful, this hotel has untouched decoration since the 17th century, and in PERFECT condition. The house its on itself a museum of sort. 3) The staff is just lovely, Sarah in frontdesk, Aimone in mangement, the cleaning staff... we actually got to meet the owners, a lovely couple. I actually miss them all. 4) Our room was wonderful. If you're having doubts about the hotel, don't... it's worth it.

Could not ask for a better hotel in the middle of Rome! Immaculate, fantastic service, incredibly comfortable king size bed, wonderful shower. Owners made us feel right at home and gave us detailed walking tour ideas. You will love this hotel!
