Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean rooms, best location, fantastic breakfast. Lovely, highly recommended, also for its very good quality/price ratio.

The staff at the reception were nice. Quick and easy check in. Rooms had an okay size. Matress felt old, could feel the springs through the matress. Hotel/our froor was very loud/noisy. We could hear everything from the hallway in our rooms. Could hear noise and people talking all through the night, felt like I'm staying in a hostel. The location is great, Alster, shops and restaurants are all in walking distance.

Clean and nice rooms, with everything you need. The beds are on the hard side. We lived on same floor as the reception, where it was quite noisy. Also there is a strong smoke smell in the reception and dinner area. We did not try the breakfast but at the look of it, it seems alright for the price. The staff was very nice to let us have the room a little earlier since we had been up since 3 in the morning. Golden! The location is very near the city center, and if you are lucky you can park for free on the street outside.
