A lovely, quaint hotel in a great location (a stones throw away from The Blue Mosque). Lively atmosphere and good friendly staff. Hamza was very helpful and chatty. Cons: A strong smell of cigarettes lingers through the vents into the rooms. Bathroom is very small.

This hotel, its location , its friendly staffs and overwhelming hospitality makes it a perfect place to stay for your Istanbul trip. I booked this hotel through my holiday package with an airline company. I was sceptical before check-in but the moment I entered into the lane , its beautiful charming ambience and warm welcome pleased and caught our attention. Location: Literally just 4-5 minute walk to iconic Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Basilica Cistern. You can see shops all around open till late night to grab some late night munch. Tariff: Budget friendly hotel with nice decor. We stayed in Elegance room and got a nice balcony with a sea view. Roof Top Restaurant: Amazing cozy ambience in the roof top cafe. The views from the cafe are breathtaking. Friendly Staffs: All hotel staffs - Room service, catering, cleaning and front desk executive were so fantastic in their customer service. Special thanks to Hamza, Recep for their hospitality and warm gesture. Special thanks to Cibel (cleaning staff), my partner got so delighted seeing her warm hospitality and she promised her to come back to this hotel again in our next trip to Istanbul. Thank you Avicenna. Look forward to staying with you again in our next trip to Istanbul.

Wonderful stay in this hotel . Staff are really warm and friendly they treat us like a family especially Ibat and Buraq . Location are really good access to other places with nice surrounding .

Herds of tourists roam around the hotel. A very meager breakfast - one hot dish, two types of sausage of bright red and bright brown color, indicating that no dyes were spared in their manufacture, orange juice - yellow, sweet water and everything else in the same spirit. An old crumbling room, people walk in the restaurant on the top floor until 2 am, the sound insulation is very poor. They are cleaned badly, sloppily, once dirty towels were left lying in a heap on the floor in the shower. The staff doesn't give a damn about you at all.
