that hotel is a disaster, I was there and everything is different from the photos they present. many things damaged, the shower did not work, the floor, under the bed is very dirty the best thing was that it was in the center of the city, but at night it was impossible to sleep because there were many strays outside (even the windows should be left open in the month of August because it was hot and there was no air conditioner in the room) never never more there

My stay at TM Hotel Düsseldorf was a nightmare. This place is a breeding ground for bed bugs; my room was infested, and I couldn't get a good night's sleep. The staff's response was appalling – they were unresponsive and unhelpful when I reported the issue. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Avoid it at all costs!

UNHYGIENIC!!!!! Firstly, my room was infested with bed bugs, which made my night unbearable. To make matters worse, the personnel's response to this issue was utterly unhelpful. Despite reporting the bed bug problem, it remained unresolved throughout my stay and only a very small refund was given (20 euros on a 710 euro booking). NEVER GO HERE!!!!

Pros: Located in the center of the old town, with a lot of restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby. The subway station is within 5 minutes walk. Cons: The room is not quiet and makes me feel unsafe! I'm on the 2nd floor, with a balcony outside the window. BUT the balcony can be accessed by any person from the stairs outside! Somebody kept knocking at my window and shouting in the morning, and the curtain cannot be closed fully!
