The room was a beautiful loft style. The view was gorgeous! The hot tub was lovely and open late at night. The only thing missing was robes and slippers for our room. We asked the front desk and we were told that only "priority guests" get robes in their rooms! The room had 3 queen beds and was almost $600 for 1 night. So I'm not sure what the priority guests are paying!

AVOID hotel - Elmer hotel manager is extremely rude and nasty. I can't express enough how this negatively this impacted our stay at the hotel. I have not experienced an interaction like this from any professional before and certainly did not expect this from someone in the hospitality industry. It was very sad to have on holiday when we were trying to be stress free.

Elmer was so kind and greeted us with a warm welcoming smile. My wife and I were having a rough day with our cat at the vet clinic and we just spontaneously left Calgary to get away for the day. We didn’t want to spend too much money, and simply wanted a place to rest and enjoy the scenery with a nice place to hang out. Let me tell you, their spa and steam room was absolutely incredible, with a very clean setting. The diversity in how you wanted to heat up was also excellent as I personally love steam and their steam room was also very clean which is rare coming from someone who uses steam rooms frequently all across the country. Thanks again Elmer. Loved it.

The worst experience I've ever experienced. Lots of hidden fees. Manager was terrible, rude, and inhospitable. False advertising there was no breakfast. Beds are uncomfortable. No microwave. NO SAFETY LATCH???! Very dry and cold rooms they wouldn't give us a extra blanket. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I'd have had a better experience and accommodations sleeping in my car. DO NOT GO HERE!! BEWARE!!
