Great location, super helpful staff. Our room was spacious but was very empty...could have used a little fridge and a shelf or wardrobe and maybe a chair/table. Pillow was very flat and no spare provided. I'd stay there again but, for that money and space, I think it's reasonable to expect more.

The location is perfect, the price is the best for Luzerne if you want a place with a private bathroom. The rooms are exactly as advertised, the only recommendation I would make is to add one additional trash bin for garbage, otherwise the VIP room was perfect for one night. Oh and the staff are very very friendly and helpful:) overall great stay and recommended.

If you ever wondered how spending a night in prison would feel like, look no further than the Hotel Barabas. A little spooky ambiance due to its history but had surprisingly one of the best night’s sleep while in Switzerland. Location is amazing, great for exploring the old part of Lucern & if you can overcome the spooky vibes of the place, would highly recommend this hotel.
