My mother and I stayed here in mid September 2022. The staff were friendly and super helpful. There's no parking, but they will give you a small discount on the shopping centre car park next door. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to many Lucerne attractions and there's a bus stop right outside the door. Clean spacious room with a nice view and a nice bed. There wasn't any cooling, but there was a small fan, so I didn't overheat. I would happily stay here again.

Clean, nice views, simple breakfast included, free luggage storage with 2 CHF deposit, and conveniently very close to a shopping centre. However, the wifi barely connected and was very slow, there was no fan in the bathroom, no temperature control, and the pillows were very flat.

The rooms are super small and they dont even have a AC duct or any fans in rooms. So, if you feel warm just adjust yourself. Breakfast is also limited and not much options to eat (being a vegeterian) They do provide a small fan in rooms which is of no use🫡

Our check-in process was affected by a slightly misspelled name and the fact that foreign credit cards must be inserted, not tapped. We were also a bit surprised by the extra 18 Francs charge (i.e. city tax) at check-in. Breakfast is served next door at the Lapin restaurant in the de la Paix building. The hotel has luggage storage at the entrance, which may be convenient for early arrivals.
